This Privacy Policy explains how SpeakUp AI (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”). It applies to visitors, guest users, and account holders.

Account information: your email address, sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple), and any profile details or preferences you choose to save.

Practice content: audio you speak during a practice session, the transcript generated from it, the scenario settings you selected, and the coaching feedback produced for that session.

Technical information: device and browser data, approximate location derived from IP address, and product usage events used to keep the Service reliable and to improve it.

We use your data to run practice conversations, generate coaching feedback and progress history, personalize recommendations, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the quality of the Service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your practice transcripts for advertising.

We share the minimum data needed with providers that operate parts of the Service on our behalf: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, speech and language model providers used to run conversations and produce feedback, email delivery, payment processing, and product analytics.

These providers process data under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

Session transcripts, feedback, and progress data are kept in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Audio is processed to produce a transcript and is not retained as a long-term recording.

We may keep limited security records for as long as required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.

You can view and delete individual sessions from your history, edit your profile and coaching preferences, turn coach memory off, and delete your account and its associated data from Settings.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. Email us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database policies so that your practice data is only accessible to you and to systems acting on your behalf. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. When changes are material, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
